1. The Golden Rule

Use the platform honestly to watch anime, read manga, engage in positive discussions, and enjoy the community. Do not abuse our services, break our servers, or steal platform assets.

2. Media Streaming and Digital Rights

  • •All anime streams, audio tracks, and manga pages are legally licensed. Rebroadcasts, redistribution, and public sharing are completely prohibited.
  • •Do not rip video files, extract adaptive subtitle tracks, or create permanent offline copies of catalog media.
  • •Do not use proxy configurations to deliberately bypass regional licensing rules.

3. Cyber Security and System Integrity

Any attempt to disrupt or exploit Serika will lead to immediate actions. We do not tolerate any of the following:

DDoS & Traffic Flooding:

Sending excessive requests, rate limit bypassing, or attempting to knock our servers offline.

•
Reverse Engineering:

Decompiling our apps, scraping APIs, harvesting token files, or probing network protocols.

•
Exploitation:

Using SQL injections, scripting attacks, request forgery, or bug exploitation to read private data.

•
Malicious Payloads:

Uploading viruses, trojan horses, spam bots, or automated scrapers to gain backend access.

4. Finding Bugs Honestly

If you find a security hole or bug on Serika, do not exploit it or show it to others. Report it privately to [email protected] or submit it in our Discord community under the designated bug reports channel. If you act in good faith and let us fix it before going public, we promise to cooperate peacefully and respect your efforts.

5. Account and Profile Limits

  • •One account per household with a maximum of four profiles per account.
  • •Keep your passwords secure and enable Two-Factor Authentication.
  • •Do not sell, share, or transfer your account credentials outside your household.
  • •No automated botting, fake views, or rating manipulation.

6. Serious Consequences

If you engage in cyber attacks, database scraping, or security exploits:

  • We will immediately and permanently ban all accounts and related IP addresses.
  • We will compile all logs, telemetry data, and network signatures to submit to local and international law enforcement agencies including Interpol and national cybercrime divisions.
  • You will be held legally liable for the full cost of server restoration, technical investigation, forensic audits, and any loss of platform revenue.
